Thank you for choosing Soap Envelope®. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship our products, expected processing times, and important information for customers in Canada and the United States.


Processing Times

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Most orders ship sooner, but processing times may occasionally extend beyond this window due to factors outside our control (such as holidays, courier delays, weather impacts, supply chain interruptions, or high-volume periods).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Within Canada

All Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in London, Ontario. Delivery timelines vary by region and courier.

  • Tracking is provided when available.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
  • Remote-area surcharges may apply depending on the courier.

Shipping to the United States

U.S. Wholesale Orders (B2B)

U.S. wholesale orders ship from our 3PL partner in Imlay City, Michigan. This ensures:

  • No duties or tariffs for U.S. retail partners
  • Faster delivery times within the continental United States
  • Simplified customs clearance (domestic U.S. shipping)

U.S. Consumer Orders (Direct-to-Consumer)

U.S. consumer orders ship directly from our warehouse in London, Ontario (Canada). Due to ongoing changes within U.S. Customs and Border Protection policies, duties, tariffs, or import charges may be applied to your delivery.

Important: U.S. customers (excluding wholesale partners) are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees charged by U.S. Customs or by the courier delivering your order.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an addressing issue or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening a trace with the carrier.
