FAQ
+ What are your MOQs?
We have no minimum order. Wholesale is sold by the case, currently most of those are 24. Some of our new products coming soon will be cases as low as 12/case. Currently, shipping is FREE on all orders. We ship our Canada orders from London Ontario (where we are based). We have a 3PL in Michigan that ships our USA orders (so our American friends have no tariffs and fast shipping too).
+ What are margins for retailers?
We strive for strong margins and everything we make and sell is offered at >50% gross margin (aka - you the retailer will more than double your investment back in sales). We offer volume discounts which are automatically applied to your cart on checkout.
+ Where should I merchandise the products?
In your store, Soap Envelope(R) products should be merchandised with your bar soap. Especially the Soap Envelope(R) bar soap pouch. Typically customers of bar soap are not shopping areas like loofah poufs because those are better suited for body wash. Putting our bar soap pouch next to soap increases conversion rate and grows your basket size. We have photo and video assets available to help your online shop + social channels quickly launch and promote your new Soap Envelope(R) listings.
+ What kind of store is suitable for Soap Envelope(R) products?
We have over 75 retail partners who stock our Soap Envelope products across Canada and the USA. These range from pop-up soaperies, brick & mortar gift shops, refillery stores and eco-stores, spas, beauty and skincare boutiques, and specialty ecommerce stores. Basically anywhere that sells (or makes) quality soap, there's a shopper for Soap Envelope(R) products.
+ Where are your products made?
We are a Canadian company. While some of our brands are made-in-Canada, our Soap Envelope line is mostly made offshore to be able to offer wholesale pricing at strong margins to you, the retailer. All design work is done in London Ontario.
+ What does shipping cost? Are there tariffs?
Currently we have free shipping across Canada and USA. There are no tariffs. We are located in London Ontario. Our Canadian customers will have product shipped from Ontario to your address. Our American customers will have product shipped from our 3PL warehouse in Michigan. This ensures fast delivery and no tariffs or surprises. For EU, UK, AUS, NZ and global, contact us. We can ship to you effectively.
